Upgrading to Windows 7 64 bit from Windows XP 32 bit

Hi Everyone,
Our company is in the process of upgrading from Windows XP , SP3, 32 bit to Windows 7, 32 or 64 bit. We are currently using Lectora 09 and I'm sure Lectora 09 works well with Windows 7 32 bit and 64 bit.
My million dollar question.... We create SCORM packages for our Saba 5.4 LMS and wanted to check with everyone to see what pains you had if you went through this transition as this.
1)If I create an .awt file with Lectora 09 on Windows XP and needed to modify with Win 7, can I go back and forth between the two machines without any issues?
2)The SCORM packages created with Lectora 09 on either Win XP, Win 7 32 bit, or Win 7 64 bit should all be exactly the same right?
3)Is it considerably faster with Win 7 32 bit vs Win 7 64 bit when creating a SCORM package?
Hopefully the answers are in this order:Yes, Yes, Yes
I probably will have more questions but can't think of them at the moment.
Thanks in advance.
