Two tests but only one must be passed

Hi,

I have made a course in two languages. When the user enters the course he chooses the language and if he want sound.

The courses are identical and have a lot of pages and a test in the end. The test should send its % score to the LMS but only for the test in the chosen language. The institutions that are going to offer the course want to be able to set the passing score in the LMS.

Does someone have any idea how I can do this.
