Shortcuts for participants

Can I make Shortcuts for the participants of my course?
I would like to give them a shortcut for the buttons next, previous and submit.
I also have a problem concerning a text input field. When the participant has written in the text input field and presses tab to continue he gets thrown into the URL field. How can I make it possible to tab to the submit button.
