Translator familiar with Lectora

I think what i am really concerned about is that in order to localize the course, some of the content would need to change. For example, the software I am training is financial analysis software for the commercial real estate industry. Some properties common in the US are not so popular in other countries, such as assisted living. Also, they utilize different units of measure and currency. So my Assisted Living center that is valued at USD$500,000/2500 sq. ft. would have to be changed from Assisted Living to whatever is appropriate to the local culture. Say multifamily housing. Also, USD$500,000/2500 sq ft would need to be changed to something like JPY58,060,000/meter. I know from negative feedback on a past experience that I can not do a direct translation. Im sure Mr. Chambers probably understands the Japanese cultural differences better than I do, and could elaborate on some of the challenges faced.I am currently researching macro software that will allow me to record my steps in the English version and then playback on Japanese OS version. Any ideas there?
