Translator familiar with Lectora

Does anyone know a quality translation service that can assist in the localization of Lecotora courses into Japanese? If it was a simple text export/import it wouldnt be so hard to find someone, but we need product screenshots localized as well. Most of the services that have bid so far, do not seem to be familiar with Lectora or with anything more than directly translating a word doc into a different language.
