TOC-Unable to scroll in ipad

I have a Lectora course built for ipad in which TOC is tree structured. The problem we are facing is TOC contents are more and we are unable to scroll TOC contents in ipad. But in PC it scrolls. Can anyone suggest solution for this issue?
