To Open Word.doc and PDF file

Hi,I have a sentences in a pop-up that is linked to open the word.doc.I have used the propertise:: Target: Web Address, and placed the doc name in the field.I get a blink and the word doc its not opening.Please do let me know how can I open the word.doc when I click the link text.Please do ReplayThanksRAJKUMAR sa
