Send Score through Email by HTML FILES

Hi, I need to send the score after clicking the Submit button to my email box, i have put the email i.d in the results tab in Results Submission. The file are published as Html files but i get a error message as "i/o error cannot send results connection refused connect" after clicking the submit button. Please do let me know how can i send the score text to the email in the Html published files. Thanks RAJ
