Titles continually crashing when using Find and Replace

Does anybody have a fix to stop Lectora crashing when using find and replace?

I am having this problem repeatedly even when using F&R to find an amphersand (&) and replace it with "and"

Any thoughs on this as its driving me nuts.

PS I'm running Professional Publishing Suite 9a.
