How to avoid re-create dictionary, color and other settings on new PC?

Any tips on moving existing settings to a new PC would be gratefull received. I'm using Lectora X

I've previously had to re-populate my user dictionary, re-install color settings etc. when upgrading my PC.

If anyone can give some tips on which files I need to transfer from my current PC to a new one, I'd be grateful. I've tried to search in Help but this doesn't appear to be very helpful in this respect. :confused:
