Is there a way to load the title manager after a page has already been loaded? The problem I am having is that on a few surveys I am doing it takes awhile for the title manager to load...leaving a blank screen for a number of seconds. What I would like to do is bring up my index.html file and on it say "Survey loading, please wait....", then leave that on there while the titlemgr is loading, then the survey comes up. Right now the titlemgr loads first so all the user sees is a blank screen for a few seconds and I never see my "survey loading..." screen until after the titlemgr has loaded. I suppose I could code around this by creating two titles, one without titlemgr calling one with but I would rather not try to employ workarounds if there is an easier way.
