Timed test

One of my client is asking if we can create timed test?Let's say test will display for 1 hour and after 1 hour if test is not finished it will take you to the page where it says "you didnot finish test on time"I set the test timer for 1 hour but trying to figure out how to add an action that will take you to that page if not finished in 1 hour.Can we accomplish this?Any help will be appreciated.Thanks
