Text Question

I am fairly new to Lectora and need somse assistance.I am creating a page in Lectora that includes 1 question however there are 4 different sections to the answer. I want the participant to answer a specific answer for Part A, B, C, and D, then click Submit. Is there a simple way to do this? How do I create a place for them to answer each section? Do I set variables so that they have to answer all 4 parts before Submitting? Thanks!
