Text box background transparency

bpitman, I think you may have misread my intent. I am trying to get a text box layered over an image with multiple vibrant colors. The text box needs to be transparent, but the text needs to be solid. If I were to use a gif or other image file, I am certain I could get the transparency you speak of, but my text would be lost in the background image. I am simply going to have to deal with a white block of black text in the middle of my image rather than the stand-out text on the transparent background that I would have had in ppt.
