tests will not reset

Anyone else encounter this problem? I have a course with 13 seperate tests, published to HTML. Not tied to an LMS, results are e-mailed. I have all tests set to retain values between sessions, but only two of them will do so for me. Another user finds that none of them retain values. I've selected "Include Title Manager Frame" as a publishing option. Any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance for your help!Anyone else encounter this problem?
