limiting trys, tests

I got around it by adding a "block" to the question. The block is a transparent rectangle, always on top, initially visable. Clicking on the rectangle displays a "this question locked" message. An action on the page hides the rectangle if the value of the question is equal to null (blank entry). I got around it by adding a "block" to the question.
