test results error for matching question

We are using the editable Test Results popup for a quiz which contains a matching question with six entries. The Test Results page shows the matching question six times in a row on the page (as questions 2 through 7). I am unable to delete the extra showings of the question on the Test Results page.Any ideas?I am using Lectora 2007 SP4.Thanks.
