Test Result pop-up translation to French

A while ago I asked how to translate text in a Test Result screen, and got some great tips for setting the Preferences for Publish Strings. However, the Test Results pop-up window's label (the name that displays in the blue bar at the top of the pop-up window) says "Test Results" and I can't find where to change it to French. I can change the pop-up window labels for question Feedback in Window Properties under the action to display correct and incorrect feedback, but I can't find a Window Properties option anywhere for the Test Results window. It's not in Publish Strings, and I don't see it on either the Assessment or the Test Results page.
