Hot Spot question

I'd like to be able to do a short "simulation" test question where users are required to click on spots on a screen shot. However, the Hot Spot question format only uses checkboxes, which are not what I want the users to click on. Is there a way to set up hot spot test questions so that the hot spots function like transparent buttons, with actions associated? For example, click on an icon to open a calendar, then click on a date on the calendar.Thanks.Karen
