Test Problems When Publishing to HTML

I'm having the strangest problem with a course that contains a test. I get to the final question on the test, answer the question, click done and nothing happens. I've deleted everything in the course except for the test and the test works fine. I started adding content to the course and it works for four chapters then fails when I add the fifth chapter. The only logical conclusion that I can draw from that is that it is a size constraint.

Published to HTML with and without the Title Manager Frame. Fails with the title manager frame (clicking done does nothing). Without the title manager frame the done button grades the test and moves to the next page, however the grade is always 2% even when I answer every question correctly. Using IE 8 in both instances.

Any thoughts? Anyone?
