Test not going to .Failed. page

I'm stumped.Simple Test with 5 questions. Test Book properties: - Results tab set to only 'Grade the test' and Lowest passing score set to 80. - Content tab has no seletions checked - When Completed/Pased tab set to go to "Passed" page - When Canceled/Failed tab set to go to "Failed" page - All other properties set to defaultTest Chapter properties: - All default settingsI have a 'Results' book just after the 'Test' book. This book has two pages titled, "Passed" and "Failed."I've run the debugger and nothing out of the ordinary appears. However, deliberately failing the test and no matter if I run preview mode, preview in browser, or publish to HTML and preview it ALWAYS goes to the "Passed" page.I know it's got to be something extermely simple I'm missing. Any thoughts?
