Tags showing on Rankable items

HI, I built a page with a list of rankable items used as a quiz (not scored) Everything is perfect, but when I publish to HTML when you mouse over the arrows (before clicking) ''qu96956'' is briefly displayed in a pop up. I have turned off ''Create ALT tags for images and buttons'' and I don't get these anywhere else. There are no actions on these buttons; they are part of a question. I don't see anything in the question settings that would cause this.
How can I get rid of them?

Hi, I'm having the same problem. Move the mouse over the arrow and you will get the solution.
Is it a Lectora bug?

@KFT I tried to recreate this on v17.1.8 and on the latest v18, ran in Edge, IE11, Chrome and FF, I am not seeing this.
What version are you using, and can you provide a screen shot of your publish options?
