Table of Contents - Selection Color?

I've been trying to figure this one out for some time, and its something that needs to be addressed. We are using a green background with white text, and the rollover comes through as either off-white, or PINK!
I looked through the toc js file and the toc css file but no joy there.
Anybody else have any ideas?
