Table of Contents highlights

When viewing a Table of Contents in the Run Mode or Preview Mode each page in the course highlights in the TOC as you go to it. However, when viewing a published course in HTML the TOC does not highlight the page you are on in the TOC. How can I get that functionality on a published HTML course?
