Sync events for video not working in IE11

I added a video to the page and used the video editor to sync bullets to appear on the page at specific times. I am using Lector 11. When viewing in IE10 looks great, when viewing in IE11 the bullets never show up. I do not have any transitions on the bullets except appear.
Anyone encounter this and if so what is the problem?

I think this is the same problem I just posted about (only difference is that for me it is audio).
Let's hope one of us gets an answer :)
