SWF files and audio timing

I embedded a Flash file (.SWF) into a page in Lectora. There is nothing else on the page but the flash file. The Flash file contains audio that is a timed dialog. When person A talks, her dialog shows up and her picture is in color. When person B talks, his dialog displays and his picture is in color. This goes back and forth throughout their conversation. However, for some reason, when I publish to HTML, Lectora manages to screw up the timing between the audio and the dialog. Why is this?I embedded a Flash file (.SWF) into a page in Lectora.
