.swf does not play back correctly

Actually, I haven't gotten that far. The situation so far is, we've made these animation in Flash CS (Flash 8) and published them as .swfs. When I play them back in the Flash 8 player, they play back fine. Then I take the same files and import them into Lectora Enterprise Edition 2006. When I look at them in "preview" the .swfs are not playing back properly. The audio finishes way before the video, and the images that are supposed to move with the video either playback late or sometimes not at all. I don't know if this is a clue or a distraction, but we built these Flash annimations as a series of "movies" within Flash and then call up those movies for playback with actionscript. It makes for a smaller more efficient file. In the past, in Flash 6, we would put the animations in sequence on the timeline. Are there any known problems with the player that Lectora uses in the 2006 version and the new version of Adobe Flash CS?Actually, I haven't gotten that far.
