.swf does not play back correctly

I built simple animations in Flash CS using a series of movies called up in order with Action Script. When published, they play back fine in a Flash Reader 8. When imported into Lectora 2006 Enterplise edition, the images do not come up correctly, or sometimes at all. They are out of sync with the audio. What's going on? Thanks for your help.
