Survey - can folders be used?

For a nice hierarchy Table of Contents, I like to use folders. Customer wants a few survey type questions dispersed throughout.
When the Next button/arrow is pushed it works fine, but it is skipping over subfolders and going to the first page at the same level. This has never happened with a Test and subfolders.
Suggestions?

Ok, I am confused. What do you mean by folders? Lectora uses the book metaphor -- book title undefined section. You can organize your title into chapters and then sections and subsections. But what is displayed is the pages, just like a real book. So the Next button will take you from the last page of one chapter to the first page of the next.
If this does not answer your question, please clarify using Lectora terms.
