Submitting Large Quiz Issue

I don't think it's an issue - that's just the amount of time it takes to feed all of that data into your lms. i don't know how your 40 question test submits in a couple of seconds if it is passing over these interactions. most of my tests have 10 - 20 questions and they typically take 30-45 seconds to submit.you can still report on the courses with regard to the scores and passes and fails etc. you just can't find out how many people answered A to question 5 etc.
