Submit/Process Test with customized results

My test tests whether the user can score an assessment within a normed 5 point spread, given appropriate information (in other words, experts have scored it and said the "right" score is, say 30, and assessors must score between 28 and 32 to pass. The questions are, effectively, yes/no, with yes being worth 1 point and no being worth 0. I've set the "right" answer to yes for all of them, so they get a point for each yes and none for each no.

I set a huge number of actions to count section results, calculate percentages, determine and print final score (rather than percentage, which is irrelevant). At the end of the "test" I included a submit/process test button and later set an action to change the test score (pass gets 100, failed gets 50). But it doesn't appear to submit this new score to the LMS. If I set it to process again, I suspect it will override the new score but I'm not sure how to convince it to submit the right results to the LMS. Any ideas?
