submit test display results

After clicking the Done button on my test nothing happens. The action on the button is set to Submit/ProcessTest/Survey with the target being the main test(book) itself. This is published in SCORM and loaded to my LMS, I want the results section to display (this works perfectly published as an .exe)After clicking the Done button on my test nothing happens.
