Hello Aprilmay55.That "bliip" noise you hear when the window opens and then disappears is usually as a result of the browser blocking popup windows.If you hold down the key and click the link then the window should open or in the Browser under Tools>Popup Blocker, choose to accept popup windows from the URL.Regards,
