Submit a Random Test without viewing all the pages

I would like to create a Quick Pass or Fail function in a randomized test. Once the learner has answered enough questions correctly to pass or enough incorrectly to fail, I want to submit the test so the learner does not have to visit the remaining question pages.
However, I get a publish error if I either (describe in other posts):
- Submit the Test, or
- Go to a page in a non-randomized section in the test (where this page would issue the test)
Without being able to go to a specific page (or using Go To Web Address to execute JavaScript) OR issue a submit, how else could I accomplish this? Has anyone managed to not present the learner with every page within a random test?
Thanks!
