Some question answers in exam don't stay aligned

Am I doing someting to cause some of my question answers to move. from their alignmnet.
I'm thinking it's "me" because it doesn't happen to every answer or within every question.
I suspect I might be able to "Size/Position Locked" but that's alot of effort.
I have attached a picture of what I'm try to explain.
a) Only on ipad
b) "Size Position Locked" has no impact
c) Answer b, c and d (image attache) move to right, secon line of question is "Text" not an answer.
