Single File Executable Fonts Change

When publishing to a single file executable using Lectora Publisher 2007, the fonts change from Calibri and Myriad Pro to Arial, thus causing titles and some text to run off the screen because the sizing is different. This seems odd as both Calibri and Myriad Pro are fonts that are installed on all the machines we're using, so we're confused about why this might happen. We're on Vista machines and as a side note all have Office 2007 installed, which contain those fonts. Also, the .pdf's work on one laptop, but not on another.
