Show navigation tree

Hi,If I want the navigation tree to be shown to the left of the course, is this done by adding the "table of contents" in the upper most level of the tile? If I do this and view it in the LMS(SABA)player there is a space to the far right where the course title is shown and nothing else below it. This is where I would like to have the navigation tree to be shown but it is shown to the right of the course title hence a lot of space is used up horizontally. Is there a way to have the navigation tree just below the course title instead?
