Using many AUs in one course

I came across a similar issue. I could not have multiple AUs in one course. The SCORM "rule" is that each AU has to have its own navigation, you have to exit one AU to get to the next. As mentioned above, you can use the LMS to navigate between AUs, you will see each listed in the LMS, but you have to enter and then exit to get to the next AU... I wanted a more seemless course so I did not use this option.The reason I was trying to use mulitple AUs was to separte test scores, not have them averaged. We wound up only tracking the post test and not the pre test. The pre test score is not counted in the overall course score.
