Send Email from Lectora

My requirement is to send a email to the course owner without the knowlege of the user when they vist the last page.
I know that we can send email from Lectora using forms. I dont know how to implement it. Please suggest me how to use form or javascript to pass value to asp for sending a email. My requirement is to send a email to the course owner without the knowlege of the user when they vist the last page.
