Cookies Issues

Even I tried doing this but stil I am facing the same error. The values are retained in cookies and when the assesment is relaunched it takes the values from the Cookies and reflecting back. The problem does not appear when I manully delete the cookies from Internet options. Is there any code that can delete all the cookies stored in the local machine?
