scroll bars appear with Fly-in-right text

Using Lectora 2006. I have created a program that has text fly in on the left hand side and on the right hand side - on different pages. My issue is that on the pages that the text flys in on the left hand side no scroll bars appear whereas when the text flys in from the right hand side scroll bars appear. I have made the program to run in a 800x600 window (actual size of the Lectora program is 790x541) taking in to account the xp status and header bars. I have made it so there is displays only in the ie windows frame - no scroll, not resizeable, ect.... I can I make it so the scroll bars do not appear when the text flys in from the right?Using Lectora 2006.
