SCORM Compliant Lectora Courses with 1 or More SCO's

This is a real newbie question but the answers I get from Google blow my mind
I have been asked by the people developing our new SAP Learning Solutions to produce
1) A course with just one SCO
2) A course with multiple SCOs
I heve found out how to create SCORM compliant lectora courses, but is it just a question of creating acourse with one chapter, compared to creating a course with multiple chapters
