Many thanks for the ideas.I am now even more frustrated!Russ asked what version I was on, and so I thought that before I tried anything, I should really download the Service Pack, which I did.Amazingly the problem that I had disappeared.I ran round the office with tears of joy, singing "happy days are here again"On returning to the application I now found that the screens appear perfectly, but when I click on the Done button, nothing happens - i.e. the feedback that I have set up does not appear, and the on click event does not work (it is supposed go to the next page after showing feedbackHowever, just to frustrate me totally, one question works perfectly, and has the same set up as the rest!Arghhhhhh!
