Score Not Tracking

A user tried accessing the course (SCORM) and have taken the test. She got a score of 88%. When I checked her Grader Report on the Moodle LMS, the score was 0. But upon checking in Interactions Report, her course was marked as Passed. Why was her grade of 88% not recorded and the score recorded was 0? I hope someone can help me on this.

While I'm not familiar with Moodle, have you checked in the interactions report to see if your Lectora test is producing cmi interactions data for your questions and a raw score? Also, you may want to check and see if there are parameters in Moodle that need to match the passing score threshold from your Lectora test.

Hi Dave,
I have checked the cmi interactions report in moodle .. unfortunately it does not produced data for questions, responses and raw score.. but marked as PASSED..
