Attempts issue on SCORM on Moodle 2.5

Our Assessment has 3 allowable attempts, and will lock automatically after the 3rd attempt.

Bookmarking is working fine, except on the 2nd attempt.

Scenario:

I'm done with my first attempt on the assessment and already got a grade.

I want to take the assessment again.. (2nd attempt) suppose I lost internet connection or I clicked the exit button without completing the assessment.

When I get back with the assessment my last preview page or action is not bookmarked. And when I access again and take the assessment again and then exit.. then the bookmarking will work ..

Why does it happens only on the 2nd attempt? Any ways to resolve this issue..
