Saba Scorm Problem

Hi,We are using Saba 3.5 and publishing content using saba publisher v5.0. The content is published to scorm. We got an email from one of our learner stating that not to able to launch the course. Learner's problem is described below:"When user clicks to launch the course a box pops up telling him "Saba's SCORM Applet failed to load!"When he clicks okay, "Loading Course Name, Please wait..." appears in the window, but nothing ever happens and the tool bar at the bottom indicates done.This is for the first time a user had this kind of problem.Can anybody had this kind of problem??
