Restrict no. attempts on radio button

Thanks guys ! You are both awesome ! I have followed WeeOrg's instructions and it worked perfectly ! The only question i have is when i test it in Preview Mode the radio button selection doesn't refresh.So i land on the question page , answer the radio button question then i jump back to the Home page and navigate again to the question page and it seems to rememebr the last radio button i clicked. is there any way to clear this everytime i come back to the page?On saying that what is the standard out there..do people refresh the questions or leave them as is?Thanks !!!Deb
