Resizing Browser Window when Launching

We are creating Lectora SCORM courses to be run in KnowledgePlanet LMS, which supports IE6. Currently when our course loads, the browser window is very small. I would like for the course to open in a browser window that is full screen. I've tried a number of things, but am running out of ideas.
