Remove Toolbars from web browser

The Launching application (an LMS or the Windows operating system) controls the browser chrome. As far as I know, an open window cannot change its own toolbars for safety reasons. So you have two choices.
1. If you are using an LMS, then the LMS controls the window.
2. If not, then the only thing I know you can do is to create a blank first page which has on it an On Show page level action to Go To a Chapter/Section/Page and specify the next page in a new window. Then you can control the properties of the new window. The learner will have to close both windows.
You can control the size and location of ANY window so you can easily position your launching window behind the course window. There is code for how to do that in the forum somewhere or you can get complete instructions and an example from Window Size & Position Controller.
