Condition to show page

I have a two-part course that allows the user to select the tracks in their preferred order (HIPAA Privacy or HIPAA Security). At the end of each track I have created a page that allows the user to either click a button to go to the other track, or to print a certificate of completion if they have completed both tracks.I have set a condition on the certificate button on each of the pages that allows the certificate page to load IF the last privacy question and the last security question were answered correctly (the course has small quizzes throughout and will not allow the user to progress until passed).When I publish the course to our website the certificate page will not launch when the conditions are met. Any ideas what might be preventing it?
